These cartridges are the perfect replacement so the unit works like new. // I wish to thank Debbie and Jennifer for their excellent advice and customer service, plus their advice on where to buy -- the Chicago dealer also provided excellent service as well as a discounted price.

Parts do not fit, Franke has a poor website to find parts. No way to contact them. Called Chicago to confirm fit, was confirmed and ordered. Now we stuck with $250+ in parts that Chicago Faucet Shoppe will not take back, even with a stocking fee. Unacceptable.
