Franke seal kit
Product was easy to find on the website; and even with expedited shipping it wound up comparable or up to 20% cheaper than other providers. Easy to install/repair and leak is fixed! Good experience all around - recommend Chicago Faucet Shoppe!

Leaking faucet spout.
The seal kit o’ ring and seal worked perfectly. No more leaks. But the price of the seal kit, $24.70 is excessive, and the cost of shipping $11.69 for an item weighing less than on ounce was exorbitant. You should be able to do better if you are to continue to be the “go to” company for quality products.

Fixed my irreplaceable Franke Triflow Faucet
I really thought my faucet was a goner as a plumber that I called said that it was not repairable and I needed a new one. Easier said than done! My faucet is no longer made. I contacted Franke, they told me the part I needed and I found it cheaper at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. My husband was able to fix the faucet with the parts received. I have purchased from Chicago Faucet before and I have always been satisfied.
