Great Experience
Parts were exactly what we needed - best price on the internet and got here quickly. I highly recommend keeping a few of these on hand and not letting yourself run out. They're super easy to change but once they start losing their seal they go downhill pretty fast. The OEM parts that came with the toilet lasted between 2 to 3 years, and a few of the higher use toilets all needed this part replaced within 6 months of each other.

The Gerber toilets in my 2 year-old house are the best water-saver toilets I've had, they actually work. I wanted to get a match to the OEM part so as not to jeopardize operation. The flapper appears to work well.
