I sent a picture of our 17 year old Grohe kitchen faucet because we needed a new aerator. I received a response back within a few hours and the link to the website for purchasing. It was just exactly what I needed. Excellent service.

While searching for a Replacement part for my kitchen faucet, ( Product Grohe 48251EN0) I found that it wasn’t the easiest part to find. Chicago faucet shop was amazing to deal with! they had the part in stock and shipped it out right away I will definitely deal with them again in the future if needed.
