Terrible product!!
When the bathroom was remodeled in 2017, we installed a Grohe Gloucester bathtub & shower faucet. By 2023 I have paid many times over the cost of the faucet due to the incredibly poor quality of the cartridge, which BTY, costs twice the price of any other cartridge. At this point, it has been replaced 3x, the last one lasting less than a year. The faucet is used only once a day. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this darn faucet. I will never buy a Grohe product again!! I'm glad I'm able to order it through Chicago Faucet Shop, because the other issue is that it's very hard to find!
