Hard to find cartridges delivered as promised!
The Hansa product line is not well supported in the US. Chicago Faucet however, had the right Hansa cartridges in stock and ready to ship. Their website is better than most plumbing sites. It was actually really easy to find the right part, something that I had no end of trouble with on other sites. The product was well described on the website. Chicago Faucets kept me informed about shipping dates and gave me a tracking number to allow me to see where the package was in the FedEx delivery pipe. A real pleasure to deal with this company! Great results 1

Hansa faucet cartridge
A Hansa faucet we had installed over ten years ago was dripping water. My plumber’s parts department did not carry any Hansa parts but recommended trying Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They had the parts we needed at a good price and shipped them quickly to me. My alternative was to completely replace two sets of sink faucets!
