Item correct, just wish communication was better
I received the correct part that I was looking for. My feedback is: please communicate with your online customers better. After getting the initial email, I didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks. I tried calling but could never get ahold of anyone. I didn’t know if my order was in process or just went into the void. I would have appreciated status updates since there was a delay of a few weeks before I received my item.
