Found the part I needed
My local plumbing supply did not have a replacement handsprayer for my 12 year old Hansgrohe kitchen faucet. No other plumbing supply in town carried the brand. However, the customer service rep took the time to do a bit of internet research for me and identified Chicago Faucet Shoppe as an alternative source and at a price $35.00 less. Went on line and purchased the hand sprayer. A couple days later I received an email telling me the sprayer was back ordered and I would be notified when the part shipped. I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind waiting. About a week later I received notice the part shipped via Fed-Ex. Part arrived, easily installed and I’m good to go! A working handsprayer sure helps with cleaning dishes. Just a pleasure to make a purchase with a company who has their act together and cares about their customers. Give these folks your business if a local shop can’t meet your needs.
