Great service - OEM - as described
Ordered from Chicago Faucet Shoppe because no one carried this item due to this being discontinued from Kohler and other online providers didn't seem to carry this. Took time to get since it wasn't immediately in stock, but customer service was great when I reached out to them to let me know I would receive an email when it was shipped. Installed both parts the weekend after they arrived. OEM - as described. Couldn't be happier.
