The website suggests that the customer call to check availability before ordering. I called and was greeted by a pleasant and competent employee. She identified the correct part number as the original part number was replaced. She told me that there were 3 in stock. She explained the cost of the product, and the cost and method of shipping. We placed the order and it shipped and arrived very quickly. I am completely satisfied with my experience and recommend this company. I am pleased to support a family owned business.

Older Kohler faucet part
We were so happy to find the part we needed for an older faucet at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. The product came very quickly and was installed just as quickly. The faucet is in our laundry room so gets lots of use (including bathing a 7lb pup}. Thank you so much.
