Great Service, but not from FedEx January 3, 2022 Reviewer: Manu from Gahanna, OH United States   CFS turned this order ( Kohler 1372972 Mixer & Pbu Kit) around on their end with extreme efficiency. They got me exactly what I needed out the door within a couple hours in an overnight package. Sadly FedEx completely dropped the ball on their end and I got it 3 days later. Faucet Shoppe excellent; Kohler very good September 21, 2021 Reviewer: James Soviero from Howard Beach, NY United States   Regarding the Shoppe, it’s 5 star. The product came on time and I was able to make my repair. Regarding Kohler, it’s 4 star because 2 things missing (within the sealed Kohler packet) were the silicon lubricant and instructions to limit the water temperature. Fortunately I had lubricant and was able to cobble together the instructions from online similar products. Was this review helpful to you?

Mixer cap and PBU December 11, 2020 Reviewer: DEREK from Oregon, IL United States   I bought this to fix the constant drip in my shower. The PBU was a slightly different than the old original one. Maybe upgraded version? Anyway, I installed them and no drips or leaks for 2 weeks now. Price was great and was shipped in a timely manner. Was this review helpful to you?
