KWC CLASSIC DOMO/LUNA SPRAYHEAD REPLACEMENT, STAINLESS STEEL
Glad to find this company on the internet, had my replacement faucet in less than 24hrs. Seems to be well made and in keeping with my original KWC. So far I am extremely happy with this replacement.

KWC Replacement
I was referred to CFS by KWC as the only possible supply of repairs for my Kitchen Faucet. Upon discussing the leak problem with their customer service rep and sending him pics of the problem, he recommended a replacement part nearly identical to the original. I purchased it and it was easily installed and works like new.

Great customer service
Finding a needle in a hay stack to replace spray head for 20 year old KWC kitchen faucet. Replacement probably the ugliest spray head in history of kitchen plumbing fixtures. It works.

Excellent service, but KWC...
Chicago Faucet can't be faulted for its excellent service. My order for the KWC sprayhead (Chicago Faucet is the only source for KWC products in the US) was filled in a timely manner and the product arrived quickly. However, the KWC sprayhead leaked immediately upon installation (the problem with the original KWC sprayhead). I emailed Chicago Faucet and included a video of the offending replacement sprayhead, and Chicago Faucet immediately sent out yet another replacement. Great service! KWC no longer maintains a physical presence in the US, and I can understand why. I have to wonder how long this replacement sprayhead will last and what I will do then.
