When ordering parts make sure you inquire about the return policy since you have to pay for postage and receive a 25% restocking fee even if the product is never used.

Purchased hoses for a KWC faucet, not at all intuitive but got no guidance on how to install them.  Was forwarded to KWC and after requesting information got no response, not even a sorry we can’t help you!
