Exactly what I needed
After eye balling and buying the wrong item from another vendor, I did my research, but found that none of the mainstream vendors had what I needed. Chicago faucet shoppe was the only one with exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price.

Faucet head did not improve our water flow
The Moen faucet head, model 162469SRS did not improve our water flow from the faucet. We would like to get a full refund for the product after we ship it out to you. Great product, great service
I called Chicago faucet and talked to someone right away. I emailed a picture of my faucet and the gentleman identified it right away. I called as the shop was closing and they still helped me. The next morning my item shipped and I received it three days later. I love there customer service and the knowledge of their products.

The wand part of our kitchen faucet just stopped working one day and I went on the manufacturer’s website — of course, they didn’t have the replacement part.
