The Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the closest distributor to me that carried the part I needed. Thru the website (which I felt was very user friendly) I was able to locate the needed part quickly, order it and received it within 2-3 business days. The part fit perfectly and fixed my leak. My experience with CFS was great!

Ordered an item from the company and realized when I tried to install, it was the wrong part. Site will only provide store credit upon return, requires you to pay return shipping, and charges a 25% restocking fee. I will not do any further business with this company.

I have what is supposed to be a MT1400 but this cartridge is way too big. The manufacturer says this is the right cartridge Chicago faucet says it is the right one but it isn't.

Part number matched specifications sheet, but the stem was two inches to long.
