Faucet Cartridge Purchased August 4, 2023 Reviewer: Mr. Myers from Cincinnati, OH United States   The Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the closest distributor to me that carried the part I needed.  Thru the website (which I felt was very user friendly)  I was able to locate the needed part quickly, order it and received it within 2-3 business days.  The part fit perfectly and fixed my leak.  My experience with CFS was great! Wrong item can’t return for refund March 24, 2023 Reviewer: Leonard T from Fallbrook, CA United States   Ordered an item from the company and realized when I tried to install, it was the wrong part. Site will only provide store credit upon return, requires you to pay return shipping, and charges a 25% restocking fee. I will not do any further business with this company. Great service - product isn't the right one. April 2, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Edmonton, AB Canada   I have what is supposed to be a MT1400 but this cartridge is way too big.
