Brand new parts well packaged, Water was off to the house. Octavia took my order in Chicago Thursday morning. Package arrived Friday morning in California on my Porch. Regarding Octavia I kind of carry a torch. She told me it was a family business. So.... Had a hot shower again EOB Friday. A little silicone grease helps with the install. Or go all in and order a plumber too! Expensive parts, exactly what was needed, great service. best shower in the house!
