I was hesitant to order from this shop as I saw a few reviews complaining about the service. But as this was my only option as the part I was looking for was discontinued in Canada and very few outlets ship in Canada, I decided to go ahead and contact them. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. First, I sent an email to check if they were delivering in Canada. They replied yes within 2 days, and asked to send a picture of my broken toilet valve, to make sure it matched the new model, which they delivered from Chicago to Canada within 4 days through all the custom paperwork and a snow storm, this, with a tracking number from Fedex as of day 1. Oh! and in addition, they had the best price compared to peers, namely Plumbing Supply in California and Guillens in Miami. Thanks guys. Have a well deserved Christmas vacation!
