Outstanding customer service
Shout out to Maria in the Shipping department. When I emailed to inquire where my product was she went above and beyond to locate it. She made sure it was shipped immediately and contacted the company that they were waiting on for another part to complete my order and had them ship it to me directly. Exactly what I needed
This part was hard to find but I was able to find it at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. It was the exact part I needed and it was shipped much quicker than I expected during the COVID-19.
