Very helpful
When looking for a replacement hose for a Pfister faucet, they were able to deduce it's model number from an email photograph, located the hose and got it shipped to me so I could repair before Thanksgiving. Wonderful, helpful, and they follow through. Will use again

Couldn't find this anywhere else. Came quickly!
It took me a while of internet sleuthing to find this part. There were only a few vendors and Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the only one with a reasonable price on the part and shipping. Got the hose a few days after ordering and fixed a really annoying leak.

Exactly what was needed!
Part had no issue getting to me in time and took care of my issue before it got out of hand. Was afraid that I would had to replace the entire sink but once again they resolved my issue. Thanks

Product took a very long time to arrive
I ordered a part for my faucet and even paid upgraded shipping; however, the part took 2 weeks to even ship. I called to ask about the status and tell this store that I never received a confirmation email/receipt via email. Their response was that most of the time their emails go to the spam folder (I have gmail which is a pretty popular email service) and that the email states that the product is sometimes provided by a 3rd party. Well my question is that if they know they have an issue with items going to the spam box, why don’t they fix it and change the language in the email that is being flagged?? Also, i would have appreciated being told this product was from a 3rd party when purchased, not after my purchase was complete and I would have to pay a restocking fee plus shipping to return or cancel my purchase. I do not recommend this company.

Placed an order and didn't receive product for 13 days after order. Extremely slow fulfilment and will not order from again.
