Hard to find item-Pfister 970-0780 SECR PFIT PLSTC
I tried six other places to find a part for a Price Pfister shower faucet including Pfister. Called Chicago Faucet Shoppe and the most helpful lady on the line said "how many would you like to order"? I was speechless. I told her that was just happy to order just one after finding someone who knew what I really needed. After receiving four shipments from other vendors and still not the right part. CFS came thru like a champ. I will use them in the future and get my parts the first time around. Jim OKC

I spent 4 weeks with Pfister company to get a shower. On two occasions, I received the shower handle from Pfister without the adapter nut. I contacted Chicago Faucet and ordered the nut. I was surprised to receive the part within 4 days. Thanks to Chicago faucet Shoppe, I was to able fix the shower handle.
