The diverter is well made and operates very smoothly. The quality and finish of the materials is a nice step up from the typical offerings at "Big Box" stores. Finding the item on the website was fairly easy, as was placing the order, but finalizing the shipping cost required a personal phone call and a *request* for credit card information. When data breaches are so common, protecting my information is a constant worry. I am surprised that this kind of interaction is required, and I hope you are working on improving that part of your system. My order status was not updated within the stated 3-week time, so I sent an email request to find out what was going on. 5 days later, the item shipped.
