Delivery
Deliveries with some orders have been very slow. I had to call several times to check the status on many orders. Customer service often wasn't sure why we haven't receive our orders and that they would look into it. After calling customer service, our order would arrive shortly after that. I emailed pictures of a faucet a couple of day ago so see if its still available and still haven't heard anything yet.

50-317XKABCP - nice faucet
I purchased the 50-317XKABCP faucet for my wet bar. It replaced an old old Elkay faucet whose non-replaceable/repairable valves began leaking. It was not easy finding a 5"ish spout reach, one-hole, hot cold, stainless steel faucet with a rigid gooseneck that would work for my sink. The faucet seems solid and well made. Time will tell BUT so far I am very happy with it. My only complaint so far is that the inlet on the faucet where the supply line attaches to seems proprietary. That is, it is a female inlet that accepts a 5/16", 24 pitch male threaded supply line. Therefore, if I ever have to replace the supply lines, I think the only place I can buy them is from Chicago Faucets.
