Lost customer due to slow delivery service
I ordered the parts and had to call numerous times to find out the status of my order. I kept calling and never could get an answer on ETA. After 2 weeks I called to cancel and was informed that it had just conveniently arrived at their store so they shipped out in just a few minutes and then denied my cancelling of the order. It took them so long that my customer went to another source. I will never order from them again.
