If you have an older Franké faucet you might consider stocking some spare parts while you can—the faucet will last a long time and parts can become hard to find. Chicago Faucet Shoppe is the Franké recommended source and the customer service is excellent.

Successful Installation
The part fit and worked perfectly. Washers were not included and I had to go to the local hardware store for some. After the fact I did notice that other vendors did provide washers.
