The part fit my Franke FF1280 kitchen faucet perfectly. The listing for the part showed in stock. However, it was not in stock so required obtaining from the manufacturer. This took a couple of weeks.

Wanted to return an unused part. Received and called same day to return and Alex was rude and told me he wouldn’t take it back or if he did I would not get refund. He told me don’t waste his valuable time

Not happy with the service. Shipping took well over a week, shipping charges were outrageous for an item that probably weighed an ounce and when it did come in it it was defective.

This was not a usual or obvious item but rather one that no one would see but it helps keep the faucet in line. Found it easily from the description presented and was one of those items I thought I would never find. they truly stock everything!
