Great replacement stream head March 12, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Paradise Valley , AZ United States   First off, the Franke customer service was excellence getting the new part number for my 20 yr old faucet. The Chicago Faucet Shoppe website identified the item in stock, but the website kept giving me error messages for ordering.  Called CFS and the customer service lady was excellent with her help and by sending me the correct part.  Thanks.
