Designer Faucet Rebuild
I have a professional kitchen, and recently had a leak develop in my faucet after almost 20 years since the original install. A new faucet would require major $$$ to replace (both a plumber and an appropriate faucet), so I began searching for parts. Chicago Faucet Shoppe was VERY HELPFUL will helping me confirm the faucet model number, and the parts I needed to replace the valve inserts and the spray hose (where the leak was located). They even recommended the small plastic stem adapter to ensure a snug fit between the handle splines and the stem of the valve. My faucet is as good as new thanks to your help. Thanks!

Specialty part needed
I needed a specialty part for my Franke Faucet and could not find it. I email Chicago Faucet a diagram of the part. They emailed me back the next day with the part number and link of how to order it. I ordered the part and it was the exact part I needed. Great service and will def use them in the future.
