Franke replacement valves
Chicago Faucet was able to supply the replacement valves on a leaky Tri Flow quickly and for a fair price.

The only place that had the part I needed
I needed cartridges for a franke faucet. I could not find the part anywhere. Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't carry it. I called just to make sure. The customer service girl was super helpful and looked up the compatibility of the part right away. Shipment was fast and cheap.
