Great Customer Service
At first I ordered the wrong part. Franke does not make it easy to figure out what you need. Chicago Faucet helped me find the correct part and let me return the first valve with a small restocking fee. The first valve, which was more complicated, came with clear instructions for installation which was a helpful bonus.

Franke cold water cartridge
I purchased the cartridge from Chicago Faucet. When it was delivered I discovered that the product was defective. I contacted the company and sent a photo and video to show them the problem. They immediately shipped a replacement which I installed and it has been working ever since.

So easy to keep our Franke Little Butler going over the years with the periodic purchases of new hot or cold valve parts when the dispenser faucet starts dripping. The instructions included with the parts are easy to follow so no need to call a plumber!
