Franke FR9147 kit-1 Hot and 1 Cold/Pure Valve
Quick devivery that was nice, but when I installed the valves the hot dripped and cold leaked with a steady stream that was worse than the valve I replaced. I called Franke they said they would replace the valves . They have not done that yet. I'm not sure what they are going to do.

I needed some obscure parts for our 20 year old Franke kitchen faucet. The lady who answered was super knowledgeable and found the parts in just a couple of minutes. I received my order in New Mexico 2 days later. SUPER PLEASED.

This was a hard to find replacement part for a discontinued kitchen faucet. Chicago Faucet not only had it in stock, but it was sale. Came right away and worked perfectly. Thanks!

Not Impressed
Franke recommended I buy their faucet valves from Chicago Faucet to get a cheaper price. While their online photo looked the same as Franke's, the ones that showed up were clearly different and did not work properly. Customer service agreed to send me a return shipping label. Several weeks after they apparently got the return, they supposedly issued a credit. My credit card did not show that. Chicago Faucet ultimately said to have the bank call them. The bank started the dispute process. After another month, Chicago Faucet finally issued the credit. I will not buy from them again.

It Pays to Buy Quality
The cartridges on my 18-year-old Franke TriFlow faucet finally have expired. I was beyond delighted to find that Chicago Faucet Shoppe had replacements in stock, so I can keep using this faucet -- excellent customer service.
