Grohe 0835500M replacement cartridges
Parts were received promptly at a competitive price. However one of the units was defective resulting in a small continuous leak. We had to reinstall the old cartridge

shipped wrong item
I ordered the shut off valve instead they shipped me the 0835000 the temperature knob. I understand the delayed response is due to the holiday break. my disapointment is when I called they told me to email customer service. I did so a week earlier. Not happy they could correct issue over the phone need to wait in the Que. for help.

Easy to Replace
I realized after replacing the thermoelement cartridge I realized that I needed to replace the Stop Valves. After some online searching I found what I needed and the availability/price were good so I ordered the valves from Chicago Faucet. Original parts and everything fit as it should and no more leaks.

Older Gromix
Andrew with Chicago Faucets tech@chicagofaucetshoppe.com was able to identify my older Gromix valve model # remarkable fast! He had the the Grohe Stop Valve Replacement parts in stock and expedited my order. My customer service Tech support experience was 5 Stars! He was knowledgeable, took the time to talk with me on the phone and look at requested photos i forwarded on in e-mails. I am a home owner not a plumber. I am considering purchasing a Jaclo bathroom valve package for a Master BR remodel project from Chicago Faucets based off my Gromix Stop Valve adventure. I will definitely be getting Andrew to give me a # on this upcoming project!

Grohe valves
After spending half a day scouring the Web, I find Balt called Chicago Faucets. I was looking for O-rings to replace the broken one in my shower valve. On the web plenty of sources had listed them, however, when called none had them in stock. Most promised to ship by November(!) No, I had thorn up bathroom shower. Chicago Faucets had them in stock and shipped in two days! Same with a valve replacement that needed to be swapped. Very happy with the staff and service.

They’ve got it!
Needed stop valves for a 18 year old shower. I ordered via phone and they shipped the same day. Worked perfectly and now no leaks!
