Aged Plumbing Parts 2 February 25, 2022 Reviewer: Timothy Mullligan from St. Louis , MO United States   thank goodness Chicago Faucet Shoppe had available parts to repair 30 year shower valve.  Once the cartridge that broke off inside the valve was carefully extracted, the rebuilt shower valve is working perfectly. Perfect service beyond the call of Duty. June 12, 2021 Reviewer: Alan Wilson from Boulder , CO United States   Staff at Chicago Faucet Shoppe went out of their way to figure out the Grohe part I needed for a 1995 shower thermostatic controller.   Wife had just had kidney cancer surgery so it has taken me a while to get back to normal duties like doing this review.
