I used email to communicate with Chicago Faucet and they found the faucet I needed quickly, but I noticed the finish was wrong. Another email and that got fixed and I made the purchase, thinking I could return it if I needed to. I didn't need to -- the faucet that came was exactly the one I wanted. But my experience with Chicago Faucet had convinced me that even if it had not been quite right, doing a return or replacement would not be a problem. It's nice to have that kind of confidence when you shop online. Tom
