Grohe Bridgeford sprayer
Well this new sprayer is working but this is about the fourth time we’ve replaced it in 6 years. It keeps failing. For such an expensive faucet we expected it to last for a very long time.

After waiting for 4 months finally received my facuet head. I understand it was not your fault. It was the Co. That made the unit. Thank you for sending when you got it. Thank you Ramon for your replies every time I send a request about my order. Will definitely keep your Co. In my records for future use when needed.

Does the job
Needed to replace the sprayhead on our Grohe kitchen faucet. The oil rubbed bronze finish is not quite the same as the original faucet. This finish is more of a matte finish and has no shine to it at all. Also we have a slight leak at the connection to the hose. I called Grohe customer support and we decided an O-ring on the hose needs to be replaced. It probably should’ve been included with the sprayhead. Otherwise service was good and it arrived quickly.
