Hansa 5990 4601 HANSA Cartridge
The customer service was excellent. The original part came damaged due to Fedex. I called customer service at Faucet Shoppe and the agent promtly sent a new part to me. I have used this company before and have always been satisfied. I rate them as excellent.

They had the part!
I inherited a Hansa faucet 10 years ago, and the cartridge started leaking under the handle. Nobody in town carries the brand, and nobody else on the internet stocked exactly the correct one. It was easy to find on their site and buy, but took a few weeks to get here. The repair was successful, no more leaks.
