Faucet spray head
No indication on the product page that there were two options, one of which would not fit. So I got the wrong product , paid for shipping both ways and was charged a re-stocking fee. Total out of pocket $50 . Customer service called my attention to the existence of the other item which was twice as expensive ,which I declined. No courtesy concession.

Returned item
I purchased a KWC faucet online (order #439315). It was the incorrect item because the screw threads were not compatible to the base of my faucet. I sent an email including pictures and asked for help in ordering another faucet. After several day, I never heard anything back. I then packed the new faucet (which had never been used) and sent it back to you along with pictures and again requested help in ordering the correct faucet. Again, I never heard back from you. After one more week, I contacted you by phone on Dec 18. I was told that there was a restock fee of 25% I reordered the correct part today (#440631) I asked the customer service agent about your policy of charging a 15% restock fee if I reordered and was told that the reorder had to be done at the same time as the return. Why do I have to pull teeth to get someone to help me with my order and then be told that I waited too long make another reorder and therefore I will be charged a 25% restock. Frustrated!

Out of print
Chicago faucets found a faucet that has been discontinued for years. I could not afford the entire faucet, just the head and they found a new one at a discounted price and delivered it at lightning speed. Thank you. My wife loves it
