My original KWC spray head was leaking so needed a replacement.  Unfortunately it was discontinued. I chatted with customer service, gave them the faucet part # and they suggested an alternative.  Received it a week later. If u don't look close, it matches pretty well and works great. Cost about $250 rather than buying a new faucet for over $650.

I was very happy to. It have to get a whole new faucet for both environmental and financial reasons and be able to get a new part instead.
The customer service person I spoke with was very informative and helpful and ensured I received the correct part for my model.
