Part never arrived!
I purchased a new KWC faucet handle for one of my clients and they used Fed-ex to ship it to me. The part was not delivered to me even though the FedEx tracking info says it was delivered and left at my front door. At this point Customer Service had filed a claim with FedEx re: the missing package. I have used this company numerous times on the past with no issues but this experience is very frustrating to both myself and my client with a dripping faucet that needs the part to solve her problem.
