Great Service!
I ordered a faucet sprayer for my kitchen faucet on 6/3/2021, it was shipped on 6/4/2021 and I received it on 6/8/2021. Now that's what I call quick service!! It came securely packaged in double bubble wrap in perfect condition and in the original KWC packaging. Would definitely order from them again. Also have to say that their website is put together very well making it easy to locate parts.

Exceptional service
My faucet, 15 years old, needed some help. My search for parts started with another company in TN. After getting the wrong advice, three shipments of incorrect parts and a billing error, I began a new search. Chicagofaucetshoppe returned my email promptly, offering advice and requesting a photo. I needed a new spray wand. The part was shipped, the cost was far less than I expected and I now have a repaired faucet that may get me another 15 years. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them!

This company has excellent customer service reps. They properly identified the replacement parts needed from the photos I sent of the spray handles for my kitchen faucets. Shipping was very prompt and prices are substantially discounted on OEM parts.
