I ordered a faucet sprayer for my kitchen faucet on 6/3/2021, it was shipped on 6/4/2021 and I received it on 6/8/2021. Now that's what I call quick service!! It came securely packaged in double bubble wrap in perfect condition and in the original KWC packaging. Would definitely order from them again. Also have to say that their website is put together very well making it easy to locate parts.

My faucet, 15 years old, needed some help. My search for parts started with another company in TN.
