Having a plumber in to repair a leaking faucet during quarantine because of COVID19 posed some concern so, I decided to try to do the necessary repair myself. I decided to take the least expensive and simplest approach: change the aerator. With good reviews on line, I chose Chicago Faucet Shoppe to get the part. It arrived within days but unfortunately, did not solve the problem. I sent a message describing the situation to the folks at CFS and got a reply the next day with their suggestion to replace the spay head and an offer for free shipping since the prior part didn't do the job. In days the spray head arrived and was easily installed. The faucet works well and, like so many folks, I feel like having to remain at home has allowed projects to get done faster than usual - with a little help from my friends. My KWC faucet is brushed nickel. When ordering the Spray I got confused by what CHR vs SPL meant (big difference in price) so ordered the "CHR" model, not realizing it's Chrome finish. Not returning it since it works fine and the Postage cost both ways makes it unfeasible

Our 10 yr old faucet head leaked terribly, when the spray button was pushed. The only option, to repair this, was replacing the spray head. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the replacement in stock. Replacing it was easy and I ask myself why I waited so long. The faucet now works like new.
