Very satisfied; first time customer
I needed some hard to find Rohl replacement parts for an old shower installation. My plumber told me what I needed but not where to find it. I tracked down Chicago Faucet on line; identified the products needed; had a VERY friendly and effective phone conversation with the customer service rep. who suggested I send photos; had a nice follow-up call; and, lo and behold, in short order I had my pieces and they work beautifully. Shower repair. Didn’t know what parts to order. I didn’t even know what brand they were. I sent in a couple of pictures and they got back to me right away with the exact recommendation I needed to purchase the correct part. Excellent service!
