Faucet Parts
I ordered three different faucet parts, my order was small in dollar value but my faucets don't work without the parts. After a month of waiting and checking (my order was still processing) I wrote an email, two weeks later and still no response. I called customer service and the girl that I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She checked on my order and said I should receive it in the week. I did get my order and faucets are up and running. If not for her, this review would be much different. I thank her very much for helping me.
