Awesome!
Looked far and wide to find a replacement stem for my outside faucet. Gave them a call and they told me exactly what to get. They actually had The stem which I was surprised because mine is 23 years old. Unscrew the old one put the new one in perfect fit. Thanks so much!

Broken bag
I received what was suppose to be a replacement part. The part wasn’t in the package that was sent out. I’m super disappointed but not sure how to go about getting my part as this took over two weeks to ship. I will never order parts from you again. $27 wasted on poor handling and care for a customer that really needs that part.

Review of ARW-PK2004
I was amazed at how reponsive Chicago Faucet Shoppe was. The parts arrived within a few days and were exactly what I needed. I had previously gone to a plumbing shop and cancelled my order there which was already 2+ weeks overdue. I would gladly go here again.

Perfect - quick and simple replacement
My freeze-proof outdoor faucet started to leak when turned on. Contacted my local supplier, due to Covid-19 they would only sell to licensed plumbers. No way was I going to pay for a plumber to replace a simple part. First internet search and I found The Chicago Faucet Shoppe - they had the Arrowhead PK2004 Parts Kit in stock.-The part arrived quickly, exactly what I needed.
