Can not trust them

I ordered a replacement hot side valve for my Franke FHF400 using Franke’s part numbers. They sent me a valve that fits but opens the other way, clearly they sent me the cold side. After 2 weeks trying to make them understand this, they keep saying that I ordered the wrong part and I need to order a new one that fits. Clearly not listening to what I am saying or they don’t know what they are selling.
