Reliable, Prompt Service and Communication
I needed a replacement part for a kitchen faucet. I described model number of the faucet, and the part I needed. Chicago Faucet Shoppe sent me part number and product illustration to confirm what I wanted. I ordered and it was shipped next day, and received two days later. When it arrived I had a question about installation, and I sent email and received reply in an hour or so. Product was perfect and installation easy.
