KWC product and Chicago Faucet Shoppe Top Quality
I'm a first time shopper at Chicago Faucet Shoppe though, buying online every week. I have to admit that the selection, the purchase process and very fast international delivery (bought on Monday, received on Wednesday) make this hard not to give a Five Stars. I will recommend them for parts and is now my first site to look for plumbing. Good price, good service. Thanks.

KWC replacement part
Purchased a replacement hand sprayer for a 1993 KWC faucet. Part on KWC 1993 parts list was discontinued; Chicago Faucet Shoppe was quickly able to give me a new and improved KWC part to replace the original.

Great service on kwc z. 538.101.000
My kwc faucet is really old but i love it. I needed a new faucet head and ordered the wrong one. They took that back and found the discontinued head in the back room. Its nice to have my faucet working again. Thank you Chicago
