It was the right part
It was the exact Symmons replacement. I would have preferred if it came with better labelling; for instance, there were two different washers with no guidance as to which goes on what end. (I think one was designed not to fall out if you are mounting it pointing down?) But that's the manufacturer's fault, not Chicago Faucet's.
