I have appreciated all the help that Maria, your customer service manager, gave me while trying to return a faucet from Elkay that wasn't what I ordered from your website. Though the newly-ordered faucet came in a timely way, it arrived with a damaged base. Unfortunately, my plumbers are scheduled— there is no time to replace it. I still think Chicago faucets are beautiful and will order again if the need ever arises. Thank you, Laura
