Most impressed. I had picked the wrong part #, which you picked up on. The part was shipped very quickly and arrived on the west coast of Canada five days later, including a weekend!

Kitchen spigot
Maria was a great help after I got the wrong part due to mislabeling in the parts catalog. I was able to return the part and get the correct part. The only problem being that I was promised NO restock fee, but got charged anyway. Oh well, such is life.

Great Service
Almost everything about the experience was great. Unfortunately, being in Canada, the total cost of the part exceeded $380.00 CDN, including exchange and duty, which was extremely painful, considering the original faucet was only 6 years old. I knew what I was getting into when I purchased from Chicago faucets and other than the cost, I was extremely happy with the product and the service.

Hard-To-Find Faucet
My local plumbing supply company told me to call Chicago Faucet Shoppe to replace my kitchen faucet because they didn't stock them. I was somewhat skeptical about doing business over the phone with a company that I was unfamiliar with, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I received excellent customer service and my replacement faucet was delivered to me in about five business days. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!
