Hard to find parts
Looking for parts to faucets no longer sold in USA. Did not have part numbers so almost impossible. Chicago Faucett's photo parts catalog and helpful advise, allowed me to find the needed parts. Pricing is very fair and shipping was timely as promised. Would definitely recommend.

The manufacturer is out of business. Chicago Faucets was able find and ship the correct part in three days. Reasonable price. Very helpful.

Cifial cartridge
Perfect fit for my Brookhaven faucet purchased in 2009. Shipping was quick and parts arrived sooner than expected. Note: Original document showed hot water cartridge part no. 57100282, but this part fits.

Cartridge
The product was beautiful, but unfortunately not quite right. The screw at the top is slightly different in circumference than the original. No fault of Chicago Faucet. It is an old European fixture ( Cifial) no longer here in US.

Older faucet cartridge replacement parts
I bought a fifteen year old home with very nice faucets but the cartridges needed replacement. The faucet firm was out of business but Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the parts; helped me via email back out the old ones and replace them ... with no problems. Love that the faucets are brand new again.

The company that made my bathroom faucet has gone out of business or are no longer sold in the USA. Fortunately, I was able to purchase the parts I needed through Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They saved me from having to buy a new faucet.
